&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Cara memasaknya :&lt;/b&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ikan bersihkan isi perut dan sisiknya, belah menjadi dua memanhjang, tulang yang ditengah dibersihkan pula.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kikis dengan garpu sambil bersihkan tulangnya yang kecil. Kulit ikan bersihkan pula, daging ikan haluskan betul-betul. Air, garam dan daging halus campur sampai rata. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Campur dengan tepung sagu tadi, bila mengaduk tepung sagu seperlunya saja sebab bila terlalu banyak diaduk-aduk, empek-empek akan menjadi keras dan melar. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Adonan itu bentuk seperti bola kemudian ditanak (dikukus) atau rebus dalam air yang banyak. &lt;p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Bahan Saos :&lt;/b&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 botol kecap manis  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;200 gr bawang merah dipotong-potong  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 kg tomat dipotong kotak-kotak kecil  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 kg cabe rawit hijo dirajang  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;10 buah jeruk limau  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;30 lembar daun jeruk dibuang batang tebalnya (tengahnya)dirajang halus.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bumbu:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;6 butir bawang merah  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 siung bawang putih  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 batang daun bawang, diiris-iris halus  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 batang seledri, diiris-iris halus&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Buat adonan daging (isi): Cincang sampai halus daging sapi bersama bawang merah, bawang putih, daun bawang dan daun seledri. Beri garam dan merica secukupnya lalu aduk agar merata. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ambil selembar kulit pangsit, taruh 1/2 sendok makan adonan daging isi diatasnya lalu bungkus dan rapatkan kulitnya ke atas. Lakukan hingga adonan daging dan kulit pangsit terpakai seluruhnya. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kemudian goreng bakwan dalam minyak pangas yang cukup sampai matang dan kecoklatan.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Rebus baso sapi bersama kaldu ayam, beri garam dan merica secukupnya. Celup ikan ke dalam kocokan telor lalu masukan kedalam campuran terigu.&lt;br /&gt;Sebelum digoreng bila ingin lapisan terigu lebih garing celupkan kembali&lt;br /&gt;ke dalam telor kemucian di taburi dengan tepung panir (bread crumb).&lt;br /&gt;6. Mengoreng ikan sebaiknya terendam (deep fry), setelah digoreng gunakan&lt;br /&gt;alat peniris minyak atau letakkan ikan di atas paper towels. Hal ini&lt;br /&gt;agar kadar minyak dan air yang terkandung dalam ikan dikurangi untuk&lt;br /&gt;menjaga garing nya ikan.&lt;br /&gt;7.
